1.  A Friday Night get-together will be held in Champions - the bar area of the BWI Marriott beginning at 7 pm.

2.  The "70th Birthday-Bash Picnic" will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012, in the Pavillion

      at Blob's Park in Jessup from 1 - 6 pm.

3.  Food will be served from 2-4.  The menu sounds great.  Beer will be included, as well as soft drinks.

4.  A vote was passed that states:  Even though we all think our children, and especially our grandchildren, are the   greatest things that have ever happened in our lives, they are not invited to the picnic. It was determined that they would be a "distraction" and not conducive to the reason for the event.

5.  The cost of the event will be $25. 00 per person. (This event will "pay for itself".)

6.  This event will be for "our class - 1960"  only and their guests.  (At the 55th Reunion all other classes may attend.)

7.   Note* We have the pavillion for the entire day and night.  When the picnic is over folks may stay and chat, go back to their lodgings and rest, pitch a tent and stay overnight in the field, anything they want to do.  The music starts at Blobs at 8:00 pm - we may have dinner, dance and "Party till the cows come home - with assistance from the bell ringers!"

8.  Sunday was the hardest thing to plan.  In the end the committee decided that folks may do whatever they want. Many tourist books and brochures will be provided on Friday and Saturday for folks to check out! A cruise of the Annapolis Harbour, the Baltimore Harbour, an Orioles game, Fort McHenry's Anniversary happenings (check out www.starspangled200.com), visit with family and friends from the past, go to a resturaunt and have good old Maryland Steamed Crabs - whatever floats their boat!!!!!! 

9.  The money will be due to Dee by August 15.
